Junior Research Fellowships 2022 at Christ's College, University of Cambridge

Christ’s College, Cambridge invites applications for two stipendiary Junior Research Fellowships (four-year fixed term) in specified areas of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, tenable from not later than 1 October 2022 and non-renewable.

A Junior Research Fellowship is intended for a researcher early in their career, who has completed, or expects to complete, their PhD Degree after 1st January 2021 and, in this case, is restricted to applications in one or more of the following subject areas:

  1. 1. Stipendiary Junior Research Fellowship: Asian & Middle Eastern Studies; Anthropology; Archaeology; Classics; Economics; History (limited to Modern History from circa 1800); History of Art; Land Economy; Politics & International Studies.

  2. 2. George Kingsley Roth Junior Research Fellowship: Anthropology; Ethnology; History or Contemporary Issues (eg economics, sociology or politics)

  3. (In specified countries within the South Asian, East Asian or Pacific Basin regions (see the application web site for further details)

(Applications in eligible subject areas will be considered for both the Stipendiary and the George Kingsley Roth Junior Research Fellowships)
