Applications are invited for the post of Lecturer in Medieval European History (Teaching-focussed) at the University of Manchester. Candidates specialising in any aspect of medieval Europe with a proven track record in teaching, are encouraged to apply.

You will contribute to a range of existing undergraduate and postgraduate courses catering to our provision for medieval European history. At level 1 you will design and teach a History in Practice seminar as well as a survey course on the Medieval World. At level 2 you will supervise our Independent Research Project students and contribute to another team taught module. At level 3 you will devise and teach a specialist course based on your own area of research expertise OR an existing course. In addition to this you will be contributing to three other team taught courses for our PGT provision and act as an academic advisor and dissertation supervisor at both UG and PGT levels.
